The purpose of this contract is to inspect, test, service and maintain in a good and safe working order the Booster Pump, Pressurisation Unit, and Heating pump installations as detailed in the property list and in accordance with the tender documents issued. This will ensure that the equipment is maintained to the highest standard, reducing unscheduled downtime, improving reliability and reducing energy consumption, running costs and delivering the optimum performance from the equipment.

Renewal: Contract for 3 Years with the option to extend by 2 Years
