MTC for Scaffolding and Associated Works
Notice Description
Renfrewshire Council requires a back- up contractor for the hire of scaffold and aluminium towers to support the maintenance and repairs to tenanted and operational properties within the Renfrewshire. The equipment will be delivered direct to an address of which there are 12,500 properties across Renfrewshire, details are to be found within the ITT. The contractor will be responsible for the supply, erecting and dismantling of the equipment as per the instructions of the Contract Administrator. The Contract Period is 3 years, is anticipated to commence on 10 April 2018 and will run until 9 April 2021. This date will be confirmed in the Letter of Acceptance. Form of Contract will be the SBCC Measured Term Contract for use in Scotland 2011, MTC/Scot (2011 Edition) incorporating the Employers Amendments.

The equipment will be delivered direct to an address of which there are 12,500 properties across Renfrewshire, including the following areas: Bishopton; Bridge of Weir; Brookfield; Crosslee; Elderslie; Erskine; Houston; Howwood; Inchinnan; Johnstone; Kilbarchan; Langbank; Linwood; Lochwinnoch; Paisley; Ralston; Ranfurly; and Renfrew. The contractor will be responsible for the supply, erecting and dismantling of the equipment as per the instructions of the Contract Administrator. The Contract Period is 3 years,is anticipated to commence on 10 April 2018 and will run until 9 April 2021. This date will be confirmed in the Letter of Acceptance. The maximum spend per annum is anticipated to be 325,000 GBP and a total of 975,000 GBP over the duration of the MTC. The Form of Contract will be the SBCC Measured Term Contract for use in Scotland 2011, MTC/Scot (2011 Edition) incorporating the Employers Amendments.
