EDC/2017/2241 - Property Maintenance Framework - Aids & Adaptations
Notice Description
East Dunbartonshire Council (EDC) is seeking to appoint suitably experienced and capable suppliers to carry out aids and adaptations works to properties within the Councils domestic housing stock. The works will be undertaken throughout East Dunbartonshire which includes areas such as Kirkintilloch, Bishopbriggs, Milngavie and Bearsden. The works will be split into two lots for which we are looking for three suppliers for each lot that submit the most economically advantageous tenders will be invited to join the Framework. The two lots are for 1. Property Maintenance 2. Occupational Therapy The services generally comprise the works relating to aids and adaptations works including, where applicable and without limitation, equipment and materials including installation and commissioning and the production of associated documentation.
