Award of Individual Psychological Assessment Services Primarily SCS Director Level and Above
Notice Description
The Scottish Government (SG) and its associated agencies is responsible for most of the issues of day to day concern to the people of Scotland, including health, education, justice, economy and transport. The Senior Civil Service (SCS) cadre within the SG is around 220.There is a broad range of SCS roles located in Scotland mainly in Edinburgh and Glasgow. External candidates and internal promotion candidates are tested by means of assessment processes and interview - a fair and open process with successful candidates chosen on merit in accordance with the Civil Service Commission Recruitment Principles.The Scottish Government required a supplier of individual psychological assessment services to be used in relation to external and internal recruitment at SCS level, primarily at Director level and above. The successful tenderer will provide the service to the Senior Staff Team in the Scottish Government.
