The tender documents comprise the Invitation to Tender; the Capability Document (ESPD format); the Tender Quality Questionnaire (TQQ); and the Fee Tender. The six best scoring consultants will be selected for price/ quality evaluation. Tender price/quality submissions will be evaluated on a 30% tender price/70% tender quality basis to determine the total weighted score and the preferred candidate consultant. Tenders are to be submitted in hard copy [plus an electronic copy on data stick] in a sealed envelope to North View Housing Association.
