The measured survey/ point cloud survey will be used to inform a Feasibility Study for redistribution of the accommodation including: alterations to floor levels to improve the horizontal flow around the building; introduction of vertical circulation routes and access points 'externally' within the Teviot Place quadrant; roofing over the quadrant adjacent to Teviot Place and; replacement of all services.
