Zetland Park Grangemouth - Parks For People - Heritage Lottery Project. Delivery of Development Phase and preparation of Round 2 submission. If the Round 2 submission is successful, the consultant will be retained to manage the Delivery Stage. The Delivery Phase consultant's fee has been estimated at GBP 95k with a separate GBP 5,750 allocated for Evaluation but these figures will be refined during the Development Phase.

In August 2017, Falkirk Council submitted an application to the Heritage Lottery Fund's "Parks For People" programme, for the regeneration of Zetland Park. The application was successful, and HLF granted us GBP 127,000 towards a total Development Phase cost of GBP 225,502. The purpose of this brief is to hire the Lead Landscape Architect to work with the Council in preparation of the Round 2 application. Upon success at Round 2, the Lead Landscape Architect will be retained to bring the project to fruition through Delivery Phase (Permission To Start R2 would be expected in January 2020).

Renewal: If Stage 2 submission is successful, the consultant will be retained to bring the project to fruition.
