The scope of the Contract is to advertise and set up a legal structure on behalf of the Scottish Ministers acting through Marine Scotland a) undertake a weekly sample collection in Loch Ewe from the mouth of the Loch (57deg 50.14' N, 5deg 36.61' W), the samples taken as per the requirements and sent to Marine Scotland, Aberdeen for scientific monitoring, and b) Assistance in deployment of moorings, maintenance of equipment and monitoring of samples, both activites upon a Workboat.
