Anti-Doping Services for Glasgow 2018
Notice Description
Glasgow 2018 invited Tender bids for the provision of Anti-Doping Services for the Glasgow 2018 European Championships. The Contract is expected to run for 6 months from March 2018 until August 2018 with no option to extend beyond this period. THe estimated budget for the contract is between 140,000 and 170,000 GBP This procurement will be conducted via the Public Contracts Scotland - Tender portal (PCS-T). We will apply a one stage Open procedure. Bidders must self-certify their adherence to the conditions of participation via the ESPD (Scotland) in PSC-T, and may be required to submit Means of Proof before contract award. Bidders must refer to the specific requirements listed in Section III in this OJEU Contract Notice when completing the ESPD in PCS-T.

Glasgow 2018 was seeking to engage an experienced and suitably qualified supplier (the Supplier) to provide the services required to plan and deliver Anti-Doping Services (ADO) for the Glasgow 2018 European Chamionships. The Supplier will be an integral part of the delivery of each sport competition and will work closely across each sport Functional Area (FA)as well as the wider 2018 European Championship Functional Areas as determined. During the period of the contract it is expected that the supplier will be based in the Glasgow 2018 offices located in the centre of the city.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if there are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015
