We wish to commission an external evaluation of the Cashback Connections programme, funded by the Scottish Government's Cashback for Communities programme. The evaluation will provide an opportunity to reflect on our achievements to date, address areas for improvement and target resources effectively for the remainder of programme delivery. The consultant will be required to submit an evaluation report of the first year of the programme by the end of June 2018; an evaluation report of the second year by the end of June 2019; and an end of project evaluation by the end of June 2020.
