Appointment of a Project Manager for the delivery of the design, construction and fit-out of the Bio-Therapeutics Hub for Innovation (the Hub). The Hub is a 40 million GBP investment project to accelerate growth and build on the strengths of the Life Sciences cluster in the North East of Scotland. The Hub will be developed on a site at Foresterhill Hospital Campus in Aberdeen. The Project Manager will be required to provide project management services in relation to the design, construction and fit-out of the Hub. It is anticipated that the appointed Project Manager will be responsible for leading and coordinating the procurement of other professional advisers, including a: Combined Design Team (Architect, Civil/Structural Engineer/Services Engineer/Principal Designer); Quantity Surveyor/Cost Consultant; and Clerk of Works
