East Dunbartonshire Council (EDC) wishes to establish a contract with specialist sports contractors to undertake maintenance of a grass and synthetic surfaces within open spaces and schools.

Lot Information

Grass Pitches

The following services will be required under this Lot:- - Overseeding - Pitch renovation works - goal mouth/centre spots, topsoil cultivation, trimming, preparation/seeding and turfing - Topdressing - Verti-draining of grass pitch areas

Renewal: The contract allows for an extension of up to 2 years in any increment

Synthetic Surfaces

The services required under this lot are as follows: - Monthly brushing of synthetic surfaces - Washing of synthetic surfaces with mild detergent - Inspection of synthetic surfaces (at same time as brushing) - Oscillating Clean - Ad hoc repairs caused by vandalism/accidental damage

Renewal: Contract allows for an extension period of up to 2 years in any increment
