Perth & Kinross Council will be tendering for Transport Contracts operated by Taxis and Private Hire Vehicles for contracts commencing in July 2018. The Council will establish a Dynamic Purchasing System which is an electronic system that will allow the Council to address transport demands flexibly and efficiently going forward.
