Notice Description

HIE requires a suitably qualified and experienced supplier to provide the following requirements: - Stand creation, build and management for each event. - Stand deconstruction and storage of material where appropriate. Please see the Scope of Requirements for further information. The contract is anticipated to be awarded for 1 year with an optional 2 year extension. The decision on whether the extension will be taken up will be at HIE's sole discretion. It is estimated that the total value of these services over the initial 1 year of the contract will be between GBP 40,000 and GBP 50,000 excluding VAT. The potential 3 year value is currently estimated at between GBP 120,000 and GBP 150,000 excluding VAT.

It is expected that these services will be required from May 2018 for an initial period of 12 months with HIE having the option to extend for a period not exceeding 2 calendar years following the initial term. It is estimated that the potential total value of these services over the 36 months will be between GBP 120,000 and GBP 150,000 excluding VAT.. This is a Contract AWARD Notice and as such the procurement process is complete. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.

Renewal: The Contract will be awarded for an initial period of 1 year with HIE having the option to extend for a period or periods together not exceeding 2 calendar years following the Initial Term.
