East Renfrewshire Council is currently inviting bids, from contractors appointed to framework CE 16 17 009 - Framework Agreement for Housing Services Roof and Render Renewal Works 2016-20. This competition will represent part 1 of year 3 of the aforementioned framework agreement. Bidders should note that although this framework agreement was initially for a period of 4 years, it will now come to an end at the end of this 20 week contract (approximately August 2018) which represents part 1 of year 3 (2018-19) due to the initial framework budget being met. A new framework will be tendered in the coming months for the remaining 2018-19 works (approximately August 2018 - March 2019) and the works requirements for the years 2019-20, 2020-21 and 2021-22.
