This Museum Project will refurbish the Shuttle Row building, where Livingstone was born and provide a new exhibition that sheds new light on the man and his life, and conserves part of the Collection. The planning for the re-opening of the Museum in the summer of 2019 is progressing to plan. Governance and legal advice is now required by the Trust around the re-structuring of the Articles of Memorandum & Articles of Association. It will also include a review of the most appropriate structure for the Board, including a recommendation of the number of Trustees, and the sub-committees that may be required to ensure effective governance.",
