It is the Association's intention to enter into a Contract with a main contractor from 2018 - 2020 with the option for 3 x single 12 month extensions to March 2023

Renewal: The contract will be 24 months contract with option of 3 x single year extensions. After the initial 36 months period has expired. This will be based on performance, cost and measurement against KPI's.
