The Council are seeking Clerk of Works services (Building & Civil Engineering and Hard & Soft Landscaping) during the Mobilisation, Construction and Completion stages of the Knockroon Learning and Enterprise Campus (KLEC) Project, to be known as "Barony Campus". The Clerk of Works will undertake his duties under the general direction of the Employer and the Employer's Agent. The Clerk of Works will inspect the progress and quality of the works throughout all stages of construction for compliance generally with the Contract Documents.
