Tender Lot for the purchase of Day Opportunities & Employability support services in a Community setting for the following Service User Sub Groups: * Adults with Mental Health Difficulties * Adults with Learning Disabilities, Physical Disabilities, and also includes Autism Spectrum Disorders. Renewal: Two further periods of 1 year each.

Category 3a, Short Breaks (Respite) - Community Based

Tender Lot for the delivery of a Community Based Short Breaks service for the following Service User Sub Groups: * Adults with Mental Health Difficulties * Adults with Learning Disabilities, Physical Disabilities, and also includes Autism Spectrum Disorders. (Age 16+) * Older People (Age 65+) * Children Affected by Disabilities (age 0 - 19) Community Based Service delivery location will be flexible for this Lot to take account of the fact that Individuals may choose to receive their short break in an area other than Glasgow.
