Notice Description
Scottish councils have been allocated GBP 422m investment to fund their Strategic Housing Investment Plans (SHIP) that will support the Scottish Government's Affordable Housing Supply Programme to deliver at least 50,000 affordable homes by 2021. To support council delivery of new affordable houses, Scotland Excel is developing a framework that will enable councils to attain a range of works and services. Please note that at this stage the scope of the framework and its lots have yet to be determined and therefore may change from those stated in this notice.
