The Co-Innovate Programme is a cross border research and innovation initiative funded under the European INTERREG VA Programme. The programme aims to increase the proportion of SMEs engaged in cross-border research and innovation in the INTERREG eligible region of Northern Ireland, Border Region of Ireland, Western Scotland and Highlands & Islands of Scotland. IntertradeIreland, as the Lead Partner, wishes to appoint a Contractor/Consortium who will be responsible for sourcing suitable Academic Partner(s) from within Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) Definitions 1 Recognised Body - Institutions which have degree awarding powers or Listed Body which is an Institution providing courses which lead to a degree of a recognised body to deliver Strand 4 of the Co-Innovate Programme.. The project is supported by the European Union's INTERREG VA programme, managed by the Special EU Programmes Body
