River Clyde Homes require to procure a contractor to undertake cyclical maintenance and ad-hoc repair to Automatic Doors; and reactive repairs to Door Entry Systems, that are the responsibility of River Clyde Homes and are located within the Inverclyde area.

Lot 1

River Clyde Homes (RCH) is a forward thinking and dynamic 'not for profit' social housing provider that owns and manages over 6,000 homes and provides factoring services to a further 2,250 homes in the Inverclyde area of Scotland. River Clyde Homes are looking to procure a competent and experienced company to undertake: - Reactive Repairs to circa 800 door entry systems. - Cyclical Maintenance and Reactive Repairs to 21 automatic doors. Further information is contained within the attached tender documentation.. The contract value specified within this contract award notice is the anticipated spend across the lifecycle of the contract. Due to the reactive nature of the services tendered for, it is not possible for RCH to stipulate the exact value which may be generated from this contract.

Renewal: The contract will run for an initial 2 year duration. RCH may wish to extend any resultant agreement for up to a further 12 month period, subject to the agreement of the successful bidder.
