Knowes Housing Association is seeking to appoint a single contractor to carry out Maintenance Painterwork to a number of their properties.

Lot Information

Lot 1

It is Knowes Housing Association's intention to enter into a contract to provide their Maintenance Painterwork programme to their housing stock over a three year period. The works will take place within the common close areas of tenement properties and to the exterior of tenement and main door properties. The full contract requirements are set out in the ITT Document which has been downloaded to the Portal.

Renewal: Additional two year extension on a yearly basis.
