Notice Description

The SPA are utilising the Scottish Government Framework Agreement for the Supply of Legal Services (Ref SP-14-006): Lot 1 Contract, Commercial and Corporate Law.The SPA requires legal assistance to support the procurement of Core Operational Solutions in accordance with the Digitally Enabled Policing Programme.The successful supplier is expected to gain an understanding of the Digitally Enabled Policing Programme Core Operational Solutions (DEPP COS) business case to then provide appropriate advice and support on procurement law and to identify a compliant and robust procurement approach.The service requirements are split into two phases. Phase 1 (Design) is required to be completed by 25 April 2018 and Phase 2 (Implementation) will be coterminous with the selected procurement route.
