Successful tenderers will be required to enter into a National Care Home Contract ("NCHC") which will set out the service levels and quality award payments. Tenderers should note that they will be required to adopt any revisions to the NCHC made during the period of the provision of the services. Under the NCHC, there are standard nationally-agreed weekly rates for the provision of care home services
