The supply and delivery of Plumbing Consumables and Commercial Heating Products to the higher education (HE) institutions and further education (FE) institutions of Scotland. The agreement is for a period of 24 months with the option to extend for two further periods of 12 months and will commence in August 2018.

The Supply and Delivery of Commercial Heating Equipment.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations of 2015.
Renewal: The authority reserves the right to extend the Framework Agreement for a period of up to 24 months in multiple extensions subject to satisfactory performance and continued institutions requirements.
