The work comprises public realm improvements to Hunter Square, Gorebridge. The works comprise hard and soft landscapping works with Yorkstone pavers to be supplied by the Client.

Lot 1

Description: The works comprise hard and soft landscapping works. Yorkstone pavers will be supplied by the Client. The Contractor will be responsible for the supply and installation of all other works with the exception of the Urban Arborsystem. The Contractor will be responsible for the facilitation of these works, including but not limited to excavation, backfilling and finishing after the Urban Arborsystem has been installed by the Client. The bike racks and heritage trail lecturn and sign will be provided by the Client but installted by the Contractor. The bus shelters will be supplied and installed by others with the Contractor responsible for the installation of the pavers after the shelters have been installed. The Contractor will be responsible for coordinating the installation of the bus shelters to suit the Contractor's programme of works. The Contractor will be responsible for the supply and installation of all other street furniture.
