The provision of services for the construction of a display shelter to house a carved symbol stones collection, based on a design and technical drawings provided.

Lot Information

Lot 1

1) Implement and complete the construction of a display shelter to house the carved symbol stones collection in accordance with the agreed Preliminaries, Conditions of Contract, Description of the Works and Drawings provided by Architects. 2) Take instruction from Architects who will undertake Project Management of these works. 3 )Liaise with the Archaeologists during any ground works or excavations of the site. 4) Liaise with Stone Conservator to ensure the safe installation of the stones. 5) Attend an opening event (exact date to be confirmed with successful bidder) to mark successful completion of the Tullich Project alongside other project participants.. The construction of the display shelter is one element of a larger project which also involves the repair and consolidation of the historic church and the implementation of an Interpretative Scheme. Some liaison between contractors will be required.
