It is important that the scheme reflects the intended market and overall requirement to assist the council in reducing financial exclusion. Tenders are welcome from both direct insurers and from brokers/intermediaries.. The contract has a Council only option to extend for a further 12 months after the expiry of the initial term subject to satisfactory performance, financial standing and available funding.

Renewal: The contract will be renewed following the end of the contract.
