                    "minimum": "4B.1.2 Tenderers will be required to have a general yearly turnover of a minimum of one and a half times the cumulative annual spend for the Lot(s) that they are submitting a tender for. 4B.5.1, 4B.5.2 and 4B.5.3. It is a requirement of this contract that bidders hold, or can commit to obtain prior to the commencement of any subsequently awarded contract, the types and levels of insurance indicated below: Employers Liability - 10000000GBP each and every claim and in the annual aggregate Public Liability - 5000000GBP each and every claim and in the annual aggregate Professional Indemnity - 5000000GBP each and every claim or in the annual aggregate. Where in the aggregate, the policy should allow for a minimum of one automatic reinstatement of the sum insured in any one period. PI insurance should be maintained for the period of the contract including any optional extensions. 4B.6 Concerning any other economic or financial requirements, tenderers shall be required to have an Equifax Score Check Grade of E or above or equivalent. Any equivalent relied upon must be demonstrated by the tenderer to be of such a standard It shall be the tenderer's responsibility to review its own Equifax Score Check Grade (or equivalent) in advance of returning its tender/ESPD. If, following this review, the tenderer does not consider that the Equifax Score Check Grade (or equivalent) reflects its current financial status; the tenderer must provide a detailed explanation in response to question 4B.6, together with relevant supporting independent evidence. Where a tenderer does not have an Equifax score it shall submit audited evidence to the reasonable satisfaction of the authority that it has the financial capacity to deliver a contract of the size that they have submitted a tender for."
