The project requires an experienced contractor in refurbishments of office facilities with clinical provision (NHS). The works will include demolition, services alterations, formation of new office, clinical spaces and reception areas. The building will be partially occupied during the works and will require a phased approach to enable uninterrupted service delivery for a small group. This will be set out in detail and mutually agreed as part of the award process at 2nd stage ITT. Asbestos has been identified within the building. Encapsulation proposals have been developed by the design team to limit removal and disruption- to which you must be sufficiently qualified/ experienced. You must also have experience of working in conjunction with ICT and furniture insulation contractors.
