We are seeking to procure a heating contractor that is responsive, provides high quality goods and service and provides value for money for our Tenants.The works comprise the replacement of either full heating systems, distribution pipework and associated controls or boilers only in SBHA properties throughout the Scottish Borders.The contract is to deliver replacements within reactive timescales for these replacements and is for a 3 year period.
