SEEMiS Group LLP ("SEEMiS") is seeking to procure a Service Integrator ("SI") to facilitate access to data feeds, provided by SEEMiS management information system("MIS"), by 3rd party applications contracted by Local Authority Education members. The contract will be at no cost to SEEMiS but the Contractor may receive payment from the third party application providers. Access to MIS data sets must be highly secure, automated and compliant with current and future GDPR legislation. The solution must provide SEEMiS, schools and Local Authorities with comprehensive access control with visibility of all data being managed by the system and have zero impact to the current SEEMiS system.This opportunity relates to the award of a services concession contract which is under the OJEU threshold and therefore is not subject to the provisions of the Concessions Contracts(Scotland) Regulations 2016.
