Following works to the existing system, Hanover (Scotland) Housing Association (Employer) have been experiencing issues with the operation of the heating installation and the overall controls system. In addition, the current installation within the plantroom is unsuitable for carrying out regular maintenance of the system. It is envisioned that works outlined under this project will address the following issues: - Flow temp issues to Nevis Mews - Optimising biomass integration to increase RHI return - H&S issues accessing plant in oil boiler room
