The SPS require a Contractor to design, supply and install an extension to the existing hot water return pipework system distributing within the houseblocks at HMP Low Moss. The extensions to the existing hot water return pipework distribution system, within each riser, shall ensure adequate hot water flow and return temperatures throughout the entire DHWS distribution system within the houseblocks.
