Notice Description

The successful Candidate will be responsible for the installation of replacement kitchen fitments and/or gas fired combination boilers [to existing CH systems] and /or bathroom sanitaryware including: compliance with SHQS; supply/ installation of white goods package direct with tenants; upgrading smoke, heat and CO alarms; supply of EPC certificates; mechanical powerflush and all associated works/ alterations within occupied flats/ houses at Various Addresses, Clydebank G81. A comprehensive itemised description of the contract requirements and addresses is contained within the Specification of Works

Lot 1

The tender will comprise the Capability Document [based on ESPD format], your quality score for the TQQ; and the Contract Sum stated on the Form of Tender. The submitted Capability Document Submission will be assessed as a pass or fail. For contractors who achieve a pass- the criteria for scoring will be: Price- deducting 1% from 100 for every percentage point each tender is in excess of the lowest tender, prior to weighting. Quality- out of 100 for your TQQ submission. The candidates will be scored relative to each other based on the Employer's requirements and the information provided. Price/ Quality percentage scores will be evaluated on a 30% tender price/ 70% tender quality basis.. Refer 'Instructions to Contractors and Project Criteria' in the Specification of Works

Renewal: The initial contract is for 45 kitchen and Boiler Replacements at Phase 5, Clydebank, G81 to 31/03/19, with options to extend the contract solely at the Employer's discretion on an annual basis thereafter to 31st March 2023.
