Comprehensive planned and reactive maintenance contract Contract duration is 3 years with option of possible annual extensions up to maximum additional 2 years dependant on performance and contract financial thresholds.. Over the course of the contract, lifts may be removed from the contract and new or modernised lifts may be added. Estimated cost is excl VAT and if full 5 year term occurred.

Renewal: Annual extension of one year up to a maximum of two years.
