Notice Description
The existing standby generation system at HMP Barlinnie for the A/A1 Switchboard is in the order of 30 years old. It requires upgrading to ensure that it continues to be operational.
Lot Information
Lot 1
An ITT shall be made available for download in due course on PCS-T. The full project consists of: -Removal and replacement of the Control Panel for the existing standby generator. -Removal and replacement of the Automatic Transfer Switch to the Switchboard A/A1. -Preservation and upgrade works to the generator enclosure. -Provision of a temporary generator during the Works to ensure continuity of supply to Switchboard A/A1.
