North Ayrshire Council intend to put a measured term contract in place for the ongoing inspection, repair and servicing of roller shutters with a view to improving health and safety compliance and maximising the lifespan of roller shutters across the Council. This includes but is not limited to inspection, servicing and repairs to roller shutters and/or sectional doors within non-domestic or industrial buildings. The contract will cover all relevant non-housing properties within the North Ayrshire Council area, including the Islands of Arran and Cumbrae.
Renewal: The contract includes the option to extend for an additional two (2) one (1) year periods.
