Scottish Natural Heritage (SNH) wish to establish a framework agreement for the provision of Landscape Advice. The framework would be expected to operate for a maximum of four years commencing August/September 2018.

Lot 1
Scottish Natural Heritage (SNH) wish to establish a framework agreement for the provision of Landscape Advice. The framework agreement would be used to provide professional and impartial landscape advice, if and when called upon. This is to provide a back-up service to SNH's own landscape advisers at times of high workloads, if conflicts of interest arise, or other reasons. This will operate for a maximum of four years, commencing August/September 2018. The consultant(s) will be responsible to the Nominated Officer and/or local landscape adviser for the provision of landscape advice. This may be in relation to some or all of the following: - Development control consultations; - Responses to development plan consultations; - Land use changes, such as forestry, agriculture; - Recreational projects; - Marine casework; - Other relevant tasks, as agreed with the Nominated Officer and local adviser. Full details will be provided to shortlisted candidates at stage two of the process.. All ESPDs must be submitted via the PCS Portal secure post box facility. ESPDs posted/faxed/emailed directly to SNH will not be accepted.
