Notice Description

Trust Housing Association wishes to contract with a single contractor to carry out modernisation of existing fire detection and alarm systems within two sheltered housing developments located in Burntisland, Fife, and Inverness.

Lot Information

Lot 1

The successful Contractor will be required to design, supply and install Analogue Addressable Fire Alarm Control Systems at each of the sheltered housing developments located at St. Andrews Court, Burntisland, Fife, and Lower Kessock Street, Inverness, with the capability of remote dial up using Advanced's ip Gateway and all in accordance with the requirements of the Invitation to tender document.

Renewal: The Client may instruct further similar works into the contract. Any such decision will be entirely at the Association's discretion and dependent on the Contractor's performance.
