3 Year Customer Satisfaction Survey 2018
This invitation to tender (ITT) is for the provision of 3 year customer satisfaction survey in relation to customers and factored homeowners of Partick Housing Association (PHA) and our subsidiary company Partick Works Limited (PWL).
Monthly Customer Satisfaction Survey (Rolling)PHA is seeking the following outcomes from our monthly surveys: - you must provide a price for 40 and 50 telephone interviews with customers per month; - provision of innovative survey design and sampling of customers who have recently receive a service from PHA, to ensure that we are continuously improving our customers' experience based upon their feedback; - regular, timely feedback on customers' experience of PHA including our key services and our people; - comparison and analysis of monthly results against previous results where appropriate; - regular review and flexibility in approach to these surveys and the performance indicators and questions to ensure they remain fit for purpose and sufficiently challenge PHA to deliver continuous improvement to meet customer needs.
