River Clyde Homes are seeking to appoint a highly competent and experienced contractor to undertake Groundworks & Associated trades. The scope of the works shall comprise the following: - External Groundworks - External Drainage / Plumbing - Foundation, Brickwork and Masonry - Soft landscaping Interested companies will have to evidence they have access to a resource of all relevant trades to undertake a contract of this nature. The contract will run for an initial one year duration. River Clyde Homes may wish, at its sole discretion, to extend any resultant agreement for up to a further 3, 12 month periods subject to the mutual consent of the successful tenderer. Interested parties must first evidence to River Clyde Homes via the ESPD that they have the requisite technical capacity, and experience to undertake works of this nature, before they will be taken forward to the full tender evaluation.

Renewal: The contract will run for an initial one year duration. River Clyde Homes may wish, at its sole discretion, to extend any resultant agreement for up to a further 3, 12 month periods subject to the mutual consent of the successful tenderer.
