EDC seeks to have the option, if funding is available and dependant on the actual deterioration of individual banks of Lock Ups, to demolish and rebuild the walls and roofs of some of the banks of lock - ups.

EDC seeks to have the option, if funding is available and dependant on the actual deterioration of individual banks of Lock Ups, to demolish and rebuild the walls and roofs of some of the banks of lock - ups.

Options: If other banks of lock-ups not on the prescribed list are subsequently identified for refurbishment then they may be added to the contract
