Fife Council have a requirement for LED display lighting for a number of uses including: - Attractive method of displaying information. - A method to display calming scenes for Sensory Rooms - An alternative method to conventional lighting

Lot 1
All products offered must include the minimum requirements as stated below. All luminaires must include the following: 5 years parts and labour warranty Maximum 4 week delivery to site. Colour Temperature - 4000k Panel dimensions 600x600mm LED's must be connected so that failure of 1 single LED will not affect others Minimum driver efficiency of 80% LED driver power factor 0.9 or greater Polycarbonate diffuser with Glare Control Diffuser includes robust printed image that cannot be removed Image printing can be anything provided an electronic source file is provided e.g. jpeg. Luminaire body/mounting frame constructed of steel body powder or polyester coated White IP20 (minimum) Construction when fully assembled Mounting to be such that the distance between LED panels is an absolute minimum when fully assembled Maximum failure of LED's at 60,000 hours = 10% Minimum Colour Rendering Index = 80 Minimum Luminaire Lumens Per Circuit Watt = 100 Target Life Expectancy 70% Of Initial Level = 60,000 Hours Or 80% Of Initial Level At 50,000 Hours Interconnection of adjacent LED panels by modular wiring system to ensure ease of installation Electrical connections cannot be accessed without the use of a tool
