The Civil & Structural Engineers are required to be suitably qualified with extensive experience in the successful delivery of similar projects.

Capital Theatre King's Limited seek to procure the services of Civil & Structural Engineers for the design of the transformational refurbishment of the Listed King's Theatre in Edinburgh as further described in the Procurement Information Document and notes below: The Civil & Structural Engineers will be an integral member of an architect lead design team comprising separately appointed team members consisting but not restricted to Lead Architect, Specialist Theatre Consultant, Heritage Interpretation Designer, Mechanical and Electrical Engineers, Fire Engineer and Acoustician. The Civil & Structural Engineers are required to demonstrate experience and expertise in the delivery of similar projects notably comprising the following key project characteristics: - Complex refurbishments - Listed premises - Heritage status and design integration - Transformational theatre activity solutions such as heritage visits, learning and participation and commercial daytime activities.
