The scope of the works shall comprise the following: - Repairs to external insulated render system - Remove glazed screens at each floor level - Replace with new screen - Insert new aluminium sill flashings - Plaster & ceiling repairs internally - Redecoration to match existing - Security at the end of each day Interested parties must first evidence to River Clyde Homes via the ESPD that they have the requisite technical capacity, and experience to undertake works of this nature, before they will be taken forward to the full tender evaluation.
