Contract Duration, Value and Payment Model Dundee City Council is providing potential bidders prior notice of an Invitation to Tender (ITT) that may be published on Public Contracts Scotland in the near future for the supply of Employability Pipeline Services from 1 April 2019. The initial duration of the contract is likely to be two years with the option to extend twice for additional 1 year periods. Therefore, the lifetime of the contract may extend up to 31 March 2023. The contract value is likely to be within the range of GBP450,000 - GBP650,000 per annum or GBP1.8 - GBP2.6 million across the potential lifetime of the contract. This would be subject to the availability of funding from Dundee City Council and European Social Fund (ESF) - provided by Scottish Government's programme of European Structural & Investment Funds - and satisfactory performance. The awarding of such a contract is likely to be based on a model of Payment by Results (PbR). The price points / units would be defined in the ITT.
