Scotland Excel endeavours to implement the most effective framework for both purchasers and contractors and therefore invites contractors to provide input in relation to the potential scope and structure of the framework. Interested parties are asked to contact Scotland Excel by emailing construction@scotland-excel.org.uk by 29th August 2018. Information will be sought from those responding via a survey. Scotland Excel may invite a representative group from those interested parties to conduct telephone or face to face meetings, in particular to discuss any potential alternative delivery mechanisms, in September 2018.
