Notice Description

The works comprise the installation of new external wall insulation to external walls of 6nr tenements (6nr six-in-block)- mineral wool insulation system complete with a new rendered wall finish, various items of structural and fabric repairs, repair works to chimney stacks and slate roof finish,alterations to roof structure above entrance areas to remove parapet walling and parapet gutters and forming new pitched roof at these locations; aluminium over cills to existing concrete window cills, new Rockclad linings at eaves fascia, new gutters and downpipes, new pre-fabricated canopies to front entrance doors, adjustment to existing services infrastructure as required to carry out the wall insulation works. The works also include for alterations to the balcony areas to all the flats to fully enclose the open balconies to form additional internal floor space for each dwelling
